Bavaroise de Berries

  • 2 egg whites
  • 8 drops of liquid sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons light unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup of blended strawberries
  • 1/2 blended blueberries
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2 tablespoons of murta or cranberry powder, 100% organic “Nativ For Life”
  1. Wash the eggs.
  2. Crack the egg shell and separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. In a bowl, beat the two egg whites until stiff and add the sweetener.
  4. Beat everything until well incorporated, then add the strawberries and blueberries and stir well.
  5. Subsequently, add the gelatin dissolved in the hot and strained water.
  6. Add the "Nativ For Life" powder until it dissolves.
  7. Stir everything together and transfer to individual dessert containers to serve.
  8. Take to the refrigerator to set.
