WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM?

Nativ For Life obtains its raw materials from the Chilean Patagonia.

We know the ORIGIN of our raw materials, we associate with Local Collectors working together with the objective of caring for our wild heritage together, training and generating programs of sustainability, traceability, quality and safety, sustainability, generating a fair income for the families of the native peoples and thus have the best local products. During the organic inspection, all the properties are visited and each collector is interviewed to ensure good management of the property and a significant income is generated for local families in the areas of Los Angeles, Panguipulli, Lago Ranco and Coyhaique.

We are the main actor in wild organic maquiberry harvesting with 40% of the organic maqui market, with more than 12,000 ha certified since 2012 by ECOCERT, according to NOP standards; US; Chilean, JAS, Korean.

DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?

Unfortunately, Nativ For Life has no control over this charge.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WRITTEN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address or need to change your details, you can log in to your account if you have created one and edit your information. Otherwise, if you did not create an account with us, please contact us as soon as possible by email administracion@nativforlife.cl , with your full name, order number and the details you would like to modify. Please note that if your package has already been shipped from our shipping facility, the postal service may not be able to change the shipping address, so your package will be returned to us. Once we receive your package, we will arrange to have it shipped to you again with an additional shipping fee.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED?

Once your order has been received, we will ship your package within 48 hours and you will receive an email to notify you when your item has left our shipping facility.
