INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 packets of unflavored gelatin.
  • 1 cup of cold water.
  • 1 1/2 cups (340 g) granulated sugar.
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tsp tea (approx. 30 g) of 100% organic blueberry powder “Nativ for Life”
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar.
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • spray oil
PREPARATION:
  1. Mix the powdered sugar, corn flour and 15 g (4 tsp) murta or cranberry powder, 100% organic “Nativ for Life”.
Marshmallow:
  1. Place the gelatin in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of water, sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Place over medium-high heat, cover, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Uncover, continue cooking until the temperature of the mixture reaches 129°C and remove it from the temperature.
  4. Beat and pour in the sugar syrup for 12 min until the mixture becomes thick. Add 15 g (4 tsp) “Nativ for Life” 100% organic blueberry powder and continue beating until powder is well mixed.
  5. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Add the powder and move to completely coat the bottom and sides of the pan. Put the remaining powder back into the container for later use.
  6. When ready, pour the mixture into the prepared pan, using a spatula to spread a little oil evenly in the pan. Dust the top with the Powder to cover lightly. Reserve the rest for later.
  7. Cover marshmallow and let rest for 4 hours.
  8. Slice the marshmallows and mix with the powder.
