Taking care of your skin during summer is vital if you want to maintain a youthful and healthy skin as you grow older. Protecting ourselves from the sun is the most important way of preventing our cells from getting damaged. However, it is important to nurture our skin from the inside as well. I prepared this nutritious and delicious recipe to help you take care of your skin.
- 1 Mango
- 1 piece of Turmeric
- 1 cup of Strawberries
- Juice of ½ an Orange
- 1 teaspoon of 100% organic “Nativ for Life” Rosa Mosqueta Powder
- 1 scoop de Collagen
- 1 tablespoon of Seed Mix – Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds and Sesame Seeds
*Optional: 1 portion of vegetable protein (Hemp Protein).
- Process all ingredients in a blender. Add the seeds as a topping.
- Enjoy its benefits!
